At 100 km from Sambalon, Reggio Calabria is very interesting historically and artistically. We suggest you to visit the cathedral and the national Archaeological Museum in which you can find, among the most important things of Magna Graecia, the famous Bronzi di Riace, a very important masterpiece. The sea-line promenade is also marvellous, Italian writer Gabriele D’Annunzio defined it “The most beautiful kilometre of Italy”
